BoilJet will gladly accept returns of Merchandise in its original, unused condition purchased on our website within 60 days of receiving your purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different type of payment.

If you receive a defective product, please immediately contact our customer service team at info@boiljet.com. It is essential to report any damage or defects for an exchange or refund.

BoilJet does not refund or exchange any products affected by circumstances beyond our control. This includes damage or negligence once the products have been delivered, storage of products in, as well as damage inflicted by third parties.

Shipping Costs in Europe and UK

• Ireland and Northern Ireland: 24/48 hours - Cost: Free of charge
• United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales): 48/72 hours - Cost: £5.90
• Rest of Europe: 9-12 working days - Cost: €6.95

International Shipping Costs:

• Rest of the world: 9-12 working days - 6,95€.

For shipments within Ireland, Northern Ireland and Great Britain, we use An Post as our primary carrier. For shipments to the rest of the world, we use a number of trusted international carriers to ensure efficient and safe delivery of your products. We regret to inform you that we do not cover the cost of return postage or return labels.
